Penchak Silat

Penchak Silat is a martial art, widespread in the countries of Southeast Asia. It includes two main sections – unarmed battles and battles with weapons. Penchak Silat is also a component of the culture of Asian peoples with ancient history. This martial art is also known in Europe, it attracts women because it instills a will to self-defense, as well as a sense of beauty.

Penchak silat is most accurately translated as “the combat use of body position changes, used for self-defense.” This martial art contains centuries-old achievements of martial arts in many countries of Southeast Asia.
