Kuresh
Kuresh is a traditional sports struggle of the Turkic peoples, which is carried out as a belt wrestling. Among the Bashkirs, Chuvashs, Tatars, Kuresh is an important component of national holidays – Sabantuy, Jien and Akatuy. This struggle is also in the register of national sports. The winner of the all-Russian competitions is awarded the title of master of sports.
